Sri Lanka and Afghanistan are set to battle against each other in the 3rd and final ODI clash of their ongoing series. SL vs AFG 3rd ODI will be played on Wednesday, February 14. The venue of SL vs AFG 3rd ODI is Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Sri Lanka.

Led by Kusal Mendis in the SL vs AFG ODI series, the home side Sri Lanka has already won the series after stealing victories in the opening two matches. They won the 1st ODI by 42 runs and the 2nd ODI by 155 runs. Hashmatullah Shahidi leads Afghanistan in the series.

In the Sri Lanka vs Afghanistan 1st ODI, opener Pathum Nissanka (210*) drove the scoreboard to a gigantic total of 381-3 in 1st innings with his impeccable double-century. Later, Afghanistan could only reach 339-6, with centuries by Azmatullah Omarzai (149*) and Mohammad Nabi (136).

In the 2nd ODI, Sri Lanka piled up 308-6 in 1st innings on the back of half-centuries by Kusal Mendis (61), Sadeera Samarawickrama (52), Charith Asalanka (97*), and Janith Liyanage (50). Later, with a four-wicket haul by Wanindu Hasaranga, they bowled out Afghanistan for 153 and won the match with ease by 155 runs.
